Nikolaus Buch advises economic development and investment promotion agencies on intelligence and strategy issues. Furthermore, he has a broad consulting experience in international market entry strategies for SMEs. Nikolaus founded AT Consult in New York City in 1996. In 2001 he initiated a consulting partnership in Vienna, Austria. Since then, and together with strategic partners, an international consulting network has been created, covering the world's most important locations (North America, Europe, South East Asia, India and China). Nikolaus holds a master's and a PHD from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. Prior to starting his own company, he worked for the German media group Bertelsmann. He also publishes books on international business development and marketing.

Gerhard Apfelthaler has a wide array of both professional and academic experience in the area of international market entry strategies and cross-cultural management. In the past, he served as Austria's Deputy Trade Commissioner to the United States and as Austria's Commercial Attache to Singapore. Besides, he has held appointments with universities in Austria and abroad. Gerhard currently serves as Dean for Graduate Programs and Professor of International Business at California Lutheran University in the USA. He has published several books and articles in his areas of expertise and is a frequent speaker at universities and symposia worldwide.

Dr. Christiane Erten is CEO of AT Consult Austria. She has been an assistant professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration since 1994 and has been active as a consultant for a number of years. Her main areas of expertise include cross-cultural management and training as well as organizational and strategy development, with a special focus on Asia, and China in particular. Christiane holds a doctorate in linguistic studies and a masters degree in business administration. She is a co-founder of the Inter-disciplinary Research Institute for Asian Studies, a frequent lecturer at several university programs and the coordinator of the Cranfield Network on European Human Resource Management for Austria. She also has been publishing several books and articles.

Prior to joining AT Consult as Affiliate Partner in 2016, Kelly served as Head Investment Promotion of Invest Hong Kong in New York for eight years. He has played key roles in significant cross-border transactions, developed market-entry strategies for companies operating in new markets, and built strategic alliances between US and foreign firms. He speaks regularly at international business forums and seminars. Kelly holds a Master's degree international politics and economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (with Highest Honors) and is a cum laude graduate of Stanford University in modern European history.

Peter Leyer-Pritzkow has been consulting and supporting international investment promotion agencies for many years. He also executed numerous global and European development projects for clients in Germany, United Kingdom, France, the Nordic countries and the US. Peter studied National Economics at the Universities of Bonn und Würzburg; further Education included the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD in Fontainebleau. In 1984, he founded Leyer-Pritzkow & Partner Unternehmensberatung and became co-founder and Managing Director of EU-Llocate Consultants Ltd. in 1995.
